From Los Angeles (via US-101 N): Take US-101 North toward Ventura. Exit at CA-118 West (Ronald Reagan Freeway). Continue on CA-118 W for approximately 8 miles. Exit at Tapo Canyon Road and turn right (north). Continue on Tapo Canyon Road, which becomes Tapo Street. MDCR Addiction Treatment is located at 2292 Tapo St on the right side. Total drive time is approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic.
From Ventura (via CA-118 E): Take CA-126 East to CA-118 East (Ronald Reagan Freeway). Continue on CA-118 E into Simi Valley. Exit at Tapo Canyon Road and turn left (north). Our facility is at 2292 Tapo St. Drive time is approximately 30 minutes.
From Thousand Oaks / Westlake Village (via CA-23 N): Take CA-23 North to CA-118 West. Exit at Tapo Canyon Road and turn right. Continue north to 2292 Tapo St. Approximately 20 minutes.
